Cost of Tattoo Removal
The financial cost of tattoo removal can range from free, for those with a bit of ingenuity and a high pain threshold, all the way up into the thousands of dollars for the most up to date technological or medical method available for those rich enough that money is not an issue.
There are several videos on YouTube showing people using sandpaper, grinders and hot irons to remove an unwanted tattoo. The cost of tattoo removal for these folks is nothing more than a bit of pain and a scar once the area in question has healed.
Tattoo removal methods come in many forms and with a cost to match. A low cost tattoo removal is usually one of the many home tattoo removal methods that carries with it a cost of tattoo removal that is usually very inexpensive. The more expensive methods such as Laser removal done in a doctors' office can have a very expensive tattoo removal cost, but if the tattoo is pure black it may well be worth the expense since black is the best color for a laser removal. Dark blue and other very dark colors also respond well to laser removal and since the dark colors are the easiest to remove, the cost of tattoo removal is a relative bargain when compared to the cost of laser removal for colors such as light blue, light green, yellow and white. As a matter of fact, some clinics will not attempt to remove white pigmented tattoos unless they are at least 5 years old and have had some exposure to the UV radiation of the sun. White tattoo pigment reflects the light from a laser beam and therefore the cost of tattoo removal is prohibitively expensive and is not even offered by ethical laser removal clinics.
For an ultra expensive tattoo removal cost there is a new technique called Regenerative Skin Treatment (RST). This method involves donating skin cells to your local RST Laboratory where they cultivate those cells and grow sheets of skin made using your own DNA to create a perfect match. Once enough skin has been cultivated the patient enters the hospital where the offending tattoos are excised and the formerly tattooed areas are covered with your own custom grown skin. The cost of tattoo removal using this method is probably the most expensive in the world and available only to the very rich.
The flip side of RST is any one of the home tattoo removal methods commonly available on the internet. Tattoo removal cream, TCA tattoo removal and removal cream combined with exfoliation are very inexpensive - just make sure you choose a product that actually works. Many of the creams do nothing but drain your bank account. Your best bet is to go with a TCA product because they have been medically tested and proven to work. The cost of tattoo removal using a plain cream could be very expensive if you never caught on to the scam and continued to use it because it promised no pain or scarring. The monthly auto shipping charges would eventually break the bank. It cost tattoo removal companies that manufacture some of these cream products practically nothing to make and package their so called tattoo removal cream. These companies are easily identifiable because they make it very difficult for the customer to contact them. No phone number, email address or physical address is usually a good indicator of a company to avoid.
When it comes to tattoo removal options a person has many to choose from. The more money you have the more options are open to you, but that doesn't mean if you can't afford the best tattoo removal method you can't have the same end result using a home tattoo removal method. It just means it cost you less.
